Sorry folks — no Easter bunnies, and no painted eggs on these photos! No painted eggs, but you should find some brightly colored scenes. And a ship, let’s not forget about the Danish tall ship that visited Dublin! “Georg Stage”, from Copenhagen, an old ship, still young at heart, with young crew.
But first, the beach. Dollymount beach on North Bull Island — the sand, the sea, some seagulls and ships — you get the picture. And now you will get the pictures as well:
Moving on, going to the city now. If you were hoping that we are done with ships, you’re out of luck. How could one avoid seeing ships in Dublin, even in the city centre?! And this old Danish tall ship was impossible not to see, with its high wooden masts.
Spoiler alert: you will also see how the Dubliners spend lazy, spring, Sunday afternoons. Hello sun, we were waiting for you (these words remind me of The Doors and their song, “Waiting for the Sun”…).
